Decided to start this blog again =) mostly to post photos though.
These were taken yesterday near Denis'. we took a walk with him and Jenny to take photos while the light was still nice.

a week with the girls (11/52)

on wednesday - got there at 7 and the girls' parents leaved almost immediately. both girls were still sleeping. C got up at 8h30. we ate breakfast. C's godmother arrived at 9 to clean the house. we played with C. K got up at 11. she ate breakfast then studied while we did a butterfly with C. C got some fever. well.. as hight as 38.5 I think. gave her some perdolan. she took a nap while K and I worked on our computer. C got up and wasnt feeling so much better. we made Truffes with K but that was disgusting really. LOL. we didnt eat it. C threw up. she was lying on me. like 30 mins earlier she told me that she wanted to "cracher". that means throwing up. but nothing came. so she's lying on me and I dont know why I tell her "Cloé si t a besoin de cracher tu me le dit hein!" and she said "I need to". I ran trying to reach the toilets but too late.. it came but she HELD IT IN (too much info? I know! haha!) until we reached the kitchen sink. after that she was feeling better thanks god! I was scarred she'ld be sick during the whole week. we went at mine and ate with my parents. then Cloé took a bath. I had to wash her hair because she threw on it a little. the girl HATES to have her hair washed so I was kind of scarred to have to wash it LOL. but she actually LOVED to wash her hair in the bath and asked everyday if we could wash her hair! LOL. she went to bed at almost 10 and k a little after that.

on thursday - C came in their parents' bed to sleep with me. she wanted some water at 8 so we got up. she asked to watch TV. I said not in the morning. "ok we're going back to bed then?" well YES. I got up at 10. the girl slept till way past 10h30. I was quite chocked.. as were her parents! LOL. I woke K up to come talk to her parents on MSN. then everyone got ready. we made Pizzas that day. I think they were fine but K didnt like them. then we went at the Aquarium at Liege with Cindy and Tom. it was fine I guess? then we went to Bel Ile a little then back at mine. Tom got his easter and then they went home. we ate again at mine and then bath for C and then home and bedtime for C, MSN with her parents and then some TV for K.

on friday - got up a little before 9 I'ld say. k at 11. lol! we talked with their parents on MSN. then K went to study, and we made something with C but cant remember what. then we went to the store to get that day's stuffs we needed to make Sablés à la cannelle. Man that thing is SO yummy!!! haha! I'm addicted to it. C took a nap because we were going to Annabelle's bday that night. when C woke up we went at mine to make the sablés. both girls liked both the making and the sablés which is good. =) then I took a shower and got ready. and got C ready. we got there at 7. and leaved at 10h30. we went there for K but she stayed all night long with W and me. go figure.

on Saturday - got up at 7. the girls got up at 8. we had to pick their parents up at Bruxelles. when we got home their parents leaved again and we went to the cinema with my mom. K and my mom watched 27 Dresses while C and I watched Horton. it was a cute movie and C was really kind during it. when it was done we picked dinner up (pizzas! LOL) and went home to eat it. oh and before that I went back at mine for C to take a bath. it's just easier for me to make her take a bath than a shower. so after eating C went to bed at around 9. I went to sleep at like 11. k too. their parents got home at 3 I think and slept on the cough.

On Sunday - got up at 8h30. C saw her mom on the cough and wanted to wake her. I told her she couldnt so she didnt. her mom got up at 10. and then her dad and her sister got up. they ate breakfast, and then I got home to quickly shower and pick something up for that day's activity which was pate a sel. they both liked that. K had no choice but to do it anyways. then we went back at mine with it for it to get ready to paint for the next day and then went back at their and ate. we watched some TV and went to sleep. their parents neededto get up early so I slept in their bed and them in the cough.

On Monday - got up at 9h30. ate breakfast. made something with C.. cant remember what. K got up at 11. studied A LITTLE. went back at mine to pick the Pates a Sel up. painted them. went to the swimming pool because they asked (well K). and then got home. C slept a lot. their parents got home at 6. I went home. and slept. a lot.

as if I wasnt scared enough to have them all week long all by myself. as if I already wasnt sleeping badly enough. she's sick. so I guess I wont have much sleep! UGH!

The Girl 'n Me : 9/52

aka the day where we did the world's shortest photoshoots. ever.
And I'm in a funky mood to edit pictures these days. So they're not normal color shoots.

got there at 9. K wasnt there today. was just C and me for most of the day. we dressed her up and went out to play. i wanted a photoshoot but she wasnt having any part of it. not in the mood for pics.
so I took a whole lot of 25 pics and then we were done.. woohoo!
We played some more outside and then we went home. and we tryed another photoshoot. she still wasnt in a photo mood.. thruth to be told I wasnt really in a picture mood either. we took our weekly photo then. I kissed her so you cant see how i really looked. LOL. and the other I was "hiding". and when i showed it to her she said "hey you're hiding".
I was in a bad mood and she could feel it.
we drew and then ate. and after that she had a DVD.. she begged for it all morning.
after that she slept for about 1 hour. and then we went out for a walk. when we got hm we went in the garden, and then went home, played puzzles and watched TV. that's it. I think.

The Girl 'n Me : 8/52

aka the early version that gets posted even later than usual

Didnt babysit on saturday since I had a photoshoot so I took that week's photo on wednesday with my mom's point and shoot. we watched tv and then their mom went home. I babysat on friday too for like 1hour and we watched tv then too. that's it for that week.

The Girl 'n Me : 7/52

Is that bad I'm choosing which photo will be the picture of the week based on how I look.. even if The Girl has her infamous fake smile on?

So I was supposed to be there at 9. was there at 9h10.. maybe they need to start tell me to come 10 mins earlier than they want.. so that I actually AM on time.
It's not because I got up late this time though.. I got up at 6h30 (woken since 5h30.. that like never happens usually) so I shouldnt have been late. LOL
when I got there Cloé asked "will you stay with me today" as she usually asks. I said yes. K wasnt up yet (they needed to leave with her mom) so they didnt leave until 10 I think. we played with C. I didnt take photos.. shockers I know.. because lets be honest I like to take photos, a LOT of photo, and there no photos just seems weird. but well.. I just wasnt feeling it.
her dad came home to pick something at almost 12. So C asked him for "Brown Gervais" which is a Danette. He caved and said yes. I said no but she sure knows where to go to ask things like that.
We first ate pasta.. the deal was you eat all your lunch and then you can have it.. she ate ALL the pastas in her plate.. LOL. I ate the rest as I didnt bring anything with me to eat today. After she was done with her Danette we took today's photo. And then we watched a DVD.
I told her what we would do just before lunch.. "first you eat. when you're done you can have a Dannette while I eat. then we take some photos of us. and finally we put a DVD on because I promised ealier."
They cant watch TV on mornings anymore. Cloé has such a hard time not having TV =)
Their parents came home at like 1. then at like 2 we went to read stories, and she slept 2-4h30. their parents were surprised she slept that long.. she sleeps like that all the time with me. LOL. then we picked K up. she was late so I was kinda worried about that but FINALLY she showed up!
we went home then and voila. I ate there too. since my parents were not at home.

I was telling her "dont smile Cloé dont smile! dont smile!" And it made her laugh. LOL

The Girl 'n Me : 6/52

Not sharing today's photo. because it was taken during bathtime. and The Girl is half naked in there. And who knows who might come here and do who knows what with it?
Oh and dont even begin to tell me that I'm late posting this and blah blah blah.. I know.

So. It was a 3 days babysitting :)
I went there at 8. to babysit overnight. Someone I talked to on MSN didnt really catch up that part ;)
So it was more like 8 and half.. with an ish.
I figured the girls would already be in bed by then right? wrong. But as soon as their parents leaved they went to bed. I didnt eat before getting there, so I quickly read a story to Cloé and then I had to EAT. really I had to. because I was just so darn hungry. So K read another to C and then they went to sleep. So really my job was quite easy :)
I took my computer with me. And spent all night in the internet. and scrapping. until like 12 PM. And then I went to bed. I like didnt sleep so on friday I was so out of everything.
Anyways, so I go to bed then at 1h30 I hear Cloé. She comes out of her bed. I was awake but doing as if I was sleeping hoping she would go back to her bed. no such luck. So she came in her parents bed and slept with me. I was scared she would fall out of the bed.. because she was SO close to the end of the bed. So I didnt sleep a whole lot there too. plus I had something to think about too. lol.
On friday morning I get up at 6h30.. K told me the day before "I'll get up at 6h30 Marie! I swear! you'll see!" I knew she wouldnt. 6h30 is too early for her anyways as she needs to be at school by 8h30.. no need to wake 2 hrs early.
Usually C gets up with me. not that day.. I guess she was tired.
So it's CALM while I put their things together for school. I start waking K at 7.. she woke at 7h30.. or 29 if you ask her.. haha.
And C I started waking slowly at 7h15. poor kid did not sleep enough and was quite a pain. she cryed when I dressed her. she cryed when I made her hair. she cryed a lot for random things. then her godmom came, and she helped her brush her theeth. Then we leaved (K was on time! yay right?)
we we got there C didnt want to go in the class room... she was still in a bad mood and saw Maelle (I think?) and Maelle was mean the day before and told C she wasnt her friend. LOL. So C was crying. took 10 mins before I leaved. said bye to K and off I was.
the day I might journal about in the other blog but not here :)

I picked them up at 5. we went at mine, played a game with K. then my mom came home and we ate. then it was bathtime for Cloé. she loves the bath so much! that's when I took today's photo.
K showered at mine too. then we went home. I was unsure if I had to babysit overnight again or not but their parents came home at 9 so it all worked out perfectly :)
when they came home Cloé cryed, because "no Mommy.. I wanted to stay with Marie longer".. hmm.. great way to say welcome back and I missed you right?

On Saturday I was there at 8 (I think). we played I think.. I cant remember really. we did nothing special. in the afternoon we went to the carnival at the girls' school. C was soo excited to go. She didnt have anything to dress up though so I took my butterfly wings for her to wear there not to feel left out.. when we got there she told me "I want to put my dress up on" which made me a little sad. because butterfly wings is not a dress up for her as she wears them quite frequently.
I also did her hair! I loved it. I need to post pics sometimes!
we painted her face too.. half of it actually because it was itchy. LOL.
So she didnt nap and was tired by the end of the day :S. we got home a little before 6 and their parents got there a little after 6h30. I needed to get outta mine by 7. no need to say I was late :)

Anywas that's it for that week! I hope next week (well in 2 days actually LOL) I'll be quicker posting!
and next week there WILL be photos !!

The girl 'n Me : 5/52

Today was finally the Valentine shoot that I want to do since oh.. 2 weeks?
noone was at mine so it worked out perfectly :)

So I got there at 9h30. Their mom went out at 10h and we waited for their dad to pick something up and off at mine we went, with Cloé and K. K had to be somewhere at 12h30 so we had to be somehow quick. C was not overly excited to have her photos taken, and I though I had gotten nothing, but I just quickly looked in the folder, and I did get some nice ones!
I put her Tutu on first, with butterfly wings. she LOVES the tutu! We took photos and then I put on her a dress I got when she was one. I put it as a top, and oh my I love it !!! I hated it as a dress but as a top it's JUST TO CUTE!
We got home at 12, K ate and then her mom picked her up and drove her to the lutins. We ate too, and then went out. like last week there was SNOW and this week it's almost too hot to put a coat on.. WTH right? this country is crazy. she went to bed after that and then her dad got up and I made his Logo. that's it for today :)

The girl 'n Me : 4/52

Yersterday..
Got there at 9h30. Cloé's mom told me that she threw up the day before but she seemed fine now. We watched TV, I talked with their mom then I dressed her up. then w'e went out because there was snow.. not a lot at all though LOL. that's where we took today's photo. she wasnt in a great mood and didnt really want to pose to take photo.. which is ok except for the picture with me because she has to stay near me and not move to much.. I kind of bribed her. then when she was done with the snow we got home. then we ate.. well I ate. she didnt want to. she threw up while I was there too. I can handle everything quite well I should say but throwing up. She was feeling better after throwing up though. then she slept. And that's about it for today.

And yeah.. today's photo is pure crap.



And just one I kind of liked. The tilt kind of bothers me. I used the 85mm.. didnt use it since like a month ago so I wasnt used to have to back up that much. lol.

The girl 'n Me : 3/52

Sorry for the watermark. I dont do it to protect me. but to protect the girl. and it falls wherever. I just try for it not to ruin the photo too much

So today.. well yesterday.. I had planned a valentine photoshoot.. but she was sick.. plus i forgot my big memory cards at home (yes, all THREE of them)
I just took this week's photo.
Funny thing though. the girl is so used to me taking her photo that I was near where we take photos usually, I say "cloé, can you please come here one second?" she said "ooh we'll take photos?" and immediately took the chair (sp?) to put here where i do usually. I had to explain that no, no picture of her alone today, just some of both of us. she asked why no more photos a few time. go explain to a 3 years old that you have a card that can only have 10 photos in insead of the others where I can take up to like 2000 photos if i want to.
So I got there at 9h30. K and her mom went shopping. we watched tv, played, took today's photos.
they came back at 1. we ate pizza. then we watched sme more tv. K and her mom when to the lutin. her mom came back then had to run again. so we read stories with Cloé. she slept from 3-5 I think. Their mom was late so she called to see if i could pick K up. So here we went with C who got up 2 minutes ago. I tell her "hurry up girl we're gonna pick your sister up!" and she said "ooh I'm happy we're gonna pick my sister" ( Ahh je suis bien contente qu'on ait chercher Kassandra) [I'm sure i'll scrap this someday. gotta remember what she said exactly.. that was too cute! lol]
K had fun at the Lutins. she said she'll go back next week.

The Girl 'n Me : 2/52

Almost didnt take today's photo.. yeah.. already.
And I have a hard time remembering what we did.. what 6hrs of sleep will do to you i tell ya!

So today.. Was supposed to be there at 6.. yeah.. in the MORNING.. I was supposed to shower the day before, and get all my stuff ready. that just did not happen. So i got up at 5.30, and did all the things i was meant to do the day before. So I was there at 6.10 .. the girl wasnt awake already though thanks god!
So I slept on the cough until she got up.
she woke me up at 7h20, and then almost already asked if I washed the dishes.. lol. I told her last thursday that I was going to do that after she was asleep at night.. guess she didnt forget!
We stayed on the cough until 7h40 because i needed to really wake. then we hate breakfast. and then watched TV. we watched Peter Pan2. then i dressed her. she cryed for a whole HALF AN HOUR because of that. at the end I was just so tired of it I made her come out of her room (she wouldnt come outta there) and put her in the corner telling her to let me know when she was done crying. she cryed for another 5 mins there. then she wanted an apple. it's 11 by that time. she never touched her apple. we draw.. she can do the C quite well! except she does it backwards. And she can do the O too! And the L one time out of 2. the E looks more like a H at this point lol.
We hate lunch then she played some more then she went to bed..
She slept 1h30. not so bad. While she slept I scrapped :)

We also watched the videos I made of her a while back. she loved these =)
I didnt even take a lot of photos today. about 25 or so. those of her and me include.

After she got up we did drawings some more and then at 3h30 her parents were home.

It's not a nice quality, didnt feel like getting the external flash out, so it was at ISO1600.. and lets be honest.. I had to edit myself because trust me I looked even WORSE than showing in this photo..

scrapping stuff

i made quite a few pages today! I love scrapbooking. it's like my stress outlet or something. I'll maybe make another page today, but for now, this is it :)
the 1st i actually made like a week ago. but i'm always feeling bad when scrapping during my exams so i didnt post it then lol
